This luxury beach enclave in Mammee Bay, St. Ann, encompasses 14, 4 bedroom villas along with amenities to include a gym, spa, club house and pool. Our role involved the full structural design of each of the villas, club house, central facility and all other infrastructure. We also worked closely with the Coastal Engineers (Smith Warner International) to provide the design for the reinstatement of the seawall which would ultimately protect the villas from the storm surge. Our challenges as engineers on this project also included the rocky terrain which required consideration of the overall site levels and drainage.
